    Timetables, group allocations are managed by the participating kindergartens, these will only be available for selection once you have received an offer from the kindergarten.

The lease for Glen Murrumbeena Kindergarten is set to expire at the end of 2025; Glen Education will continue to oversee operations in 2025, providing 15 hours a week of three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten programs. Glen Education are actively working towards continuing a kindergarten program in Murrumbeena for 2026 and beyond, however Glen Education are unable to confirm whether the kindergarten programs will extend beyond 2025 at this stage.

By submitting this registration the parent/guardian agrees and understands:

  • I declare that all the information provided is true and correct.
  • Ensure that all of your child's immunisations are recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register. If you require assistance with this, please email the Glen Eira City Council immunisation team at immunisation@gleneira.vic.gov.au
  • Three and four-year-old kindergarten places are allocated separately. Every effort will be made to place my child at the same service for four-year-old kindergarten. However, there is no guarantee of this.
  • This is a registration form, not a guarantee of placement. Offers for kindergarten places will be made in the June/July prior to the kindergarten year.
  • Allocations are made in accordance with the Kindergarten Central Registration Scheme Policy Kindergarten Central Registration Scheme Policy (Click to view). If the priority of access is based on the criteria of 'live, work or study in Glen Eira', you may be required to provide evidence.
  • This registration or subsequent kindergarten allocation could be reclassified, reallocated or withdrawn if the information is incorrect.
  • I give permission for this information to be shared securely by Council with the participating kindergartens nominated by you and the Department of Education for the purpose of Council administrating the Kindergarten Central Registration Scheme.

Privacy Statement

  • Glen Eira City Council (Council) is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information requested is primarily required to assist in the placement of your child at a kindergarten. This information will be shared with the relevant participating kindergarten, those at Council directly responsible for the administration of the kindergarten central enrolment system, and where required, the Department of Education. We may also share your information with a surveying consultant to contact you on behalf of Council to gather information in order to assess and evaluate kindergarten services provided to the community.
  • It will not be disclosed to any other external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law. If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to place your child at a kindergarten.
